The SSD Architecture Team provides technology differentiation for Marvell’s SSD controller product lines. The Team has designed advanced signal processing/ error correction algorithms that are utilized in highly successful in-mass-production SOCs. We are looking for a highly motivated engineer who can not only maintain but also improve further our track record of innovation excellence. The ideal candidate will be disciplinary, self-driven, intelligent, innovative, determined, capable of working in team and versatile. The candidate will be working on problems related to flash channel/flash system data paths: architecture, characterization, modelling, verification support.

- PhD in electrical engineering or equivalent field, or MS with 4+ years of experience.

- Strong background in Digital Signal Processing, Communications Theory and Error Correcting Codes.

- Strong mathematical foundation, especially in Probability Theory.

- Must be good at C/C++ and Matlab.

- Knowledge of NAND Flash/ SSD systems is a plus.
