Ability to create, develop and foster key relationships within all levels of assigned strategic customer
  • Experience developing, planning and executing a sales penetration plan in order to drive Cavium solutions into customer platforms
  • Experience in working with customers in various market segments: security, networking, storage and data center
  • Track record of sales quota and design win budget success
  • Ability to influence purchasing decisions and key decision makers through creative persuasion for increased design wins
  • Highly motivated, team player
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to overcome obstacles
  • Willingness to learn new aspects of business, process, tools and technologies
  • Ability to interact at all levels – Engineering to Sr. VP
  • Ability to maneuver in a fast paced environment
  • High integrity, reliability and accountability

  • VERY thorough attention to detail
  • Fun to work with
  • BS in CE/CS/EE with  5+ years of relevant sales experience
