Actively seeking an RFIC designer to design high performance RF/Analog circuits for today’s highly sophisticated CMOS RF transceiver products, using state-of-the-art deep sub-micron CMOS technologies. These products include RF/Baseband transceivers for Wireless LAN, MIMO, Bluetooth and many other emerging mobile communication applications.
Qualification:
MSEE plus 2-3 years of experience or PhD in the design of RF circuits for transceiver ICs.
Must have the following skill set (as evidenced by experience or graduate-level coursework):  analog and mixed-signal RFIC design; linear and non-linear circuit analysis; sub-micron transistor technologies; RF low-noise amplifier; RF mixers, RF VCO; PLL and LO design
