The Project Analyst will report to the Senior Director of Program Management. Analysts will work with project managers and their teams, who are distributed throughout the organization and divisions. The Project Analyst will be responsible for data entry, data analysis and report generation activities as part of the overall project planning and schedule control routines. Once established in the role, analysts will be required to personally lead/conduct small planning and control sessions and engage in larger meetings in a very active and facilitator role.
 
The Project Analyst will also be providing support in a corporate project office setting, performing routine functions, such as drafting and sending correspondences, understanding project management office processes and models, and maintaining office documents and material. Analysts may be asked to provide support and assistance in corporate applications used by the Program Management Office. Analysts should also be evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
 
Required Qualifications:
 
  • 2+ years of professional corporate level industry experience of maintaining project plans using either Oracle P6 or MS-Project
  • Experience as project analyst, maintaining project plans on MS-Project or Primavera P6, in one of the tech companies in the valley.

  •  Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills as team lead / facilitator
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiples level in an organization
  • Individual contributor who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Disciplined to deliver high quality project schedules and reports
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BA, BS, or relevant experience
  • Experience in semiconductor industry or related fields
  • Knowledge in BI, resource management, life cycle processes, etc.
  • Experience with Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau
