Overview:

The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for developing effective customer information reports to our Business Unit Marketing Managements or Products Line Manages (PLMs). Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, this individual will work with cross-functional teams including, Finance, Customer Service, Sales, Sales Representative, Distribution Sales and Customer Service, while also collaborating daily with the Marketing Demand Generation team and Pricing team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Tactical execution of marketing functions such as forecasting, pricing, Inventory management, product life cycle management.
  • Customized existing reports to assist Business Units managements for their Annual Operating Plan
  • Track, analyses and collect information to assist on quarterly revenue achievements.


Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Marketing or Industrial Technology with minor in Business Management, while also possessing the following:

  • Need to be able to turn large amounts of information and summarize to management
  • Ability to collect business requirements and integration of marketing technologies with cross-functional teams
  • Working with Salesforce.com to tack Business Unit opportunities
  • Working with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, Customer Service and Demand Planners

 

Desired Skills & Experience:
Detail oriented, highly motivated, and possess the ability to take a program from conception to execution while evaluating against qualitative and quantitative objectives. In addition, the Marketing Operations Specialist must be highly collaborative in ensuring proper alignment of programs with the key goals and objectives of Business Unit Management.

  • Strong communication skills – both written and oral.
  • Demonstrate a high level of initiative and accuracy through excellent attention to detail.
  • Metrics driven.
  • Able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently.
