As a member of our Benefits team you would be responsible for the following:

-Oversee Marvell's Global Benefit programs in the European regions and Israel

-Using independent judgment, gather, analyze, and summarize internal and external data, surveys, market trends and projections in relation to Global benefit programs

-Partner to implement and manage wellness related programs including fitness programs, brown bag seminars, flu shots in Global regions

-Work closely with Global site benefit staff to study metrics and trends in order to enhance wellness related programs and provide key metrics to management

-Work closely with site benefit representatives in European and Israel regions to manage budget for company-wide events

-Manage onsite and voluntary vendors (to include, but not limited to Booster, Beyondwork, Tech CU, Clickhome, Costco, Book Fair, Onsite Dental, Care.com, Purple Tie, Sports Basement, Sunpower, SoFi, Metlife)

-Participate in new employee on-boarding

-Support and manage Business Travel accident Program worldwide

-Manage annual US shutdown program

-Manage Tuition reimbursement program and assist with Family benefit programs

-Manage and coordinate global holiday calendar

-Assist with US Benefit Surveys

-Coordinate the execution of contracts, service agreements, Purchase Reqs and other documents for benefits department

-Assist with company-wide event planning and morale development

-Coordinate incoming employee questions and forward to correct department/representative

-Other projects and assignments as determined

 

 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

·         Bachelors degree

·         3+ Years benefits experience 

·         Advanced knowledge, outside training and experience managing leaves of absence

 

 Preferred Qualifications:

·         Demonstrable benefits experience in a hi-tech industry, with a US-owned company 

·         Experience working with wellness plans

·         Thorough understanding of benefits legislation and compliance issues

·         Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

·         Ability to take initiative, be self-directed and work under minimal supervision

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills
